The event in question was announced in advance by the President Dr. Julio Cesar Amaro CSJA Trujillo, through the Sub Committee on Training and Implementation of the new Code of Criminal Procedure, has decided to conduct some courses, and with the participation of exponents of level of freedom and the capital of the Republic.
In this context last week, Dr. Pilcher Giampool Taboada, Judge School Research Superior Court of Justice of Liberty, was who was in charge of the Workshop: "Research School of the New Criminal Procedure Code," in which he stressed the importance of implementing the Code in question, for the agility that part of the future court proceedings.
For Wednesday June 16, from 5:00 to 7:00 is scheduled dissertation of Dr. Robinson Gonzáles Campos at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Law UNASAM, with the theme "The new Code of Criminal Procedure of binding precedent."
